1) do you run the gas out of the motor
2) what do they mean by fogging
can someone please give this guy with no owners manual yet some advice please.

"Fogging means running excessi

"Fogging means running excessive oil mixture in engine to coat crank, rod bearings and cylinders. The easy way to do this is to buy a can of aerisol fogging oil, run engine on hose, spray mixture into carb till you almost stall engine. Keep it running for a couple of minutes while spraying oil into carb. It should smoke like crazy, thats good.
When done disconnect gas line, drain carb(s),change lower unit oil and add additave to gas tank.
If you can't run on hose or in tank you can run engine at ramp as long as you don't bother anyone else."

"I do it almost the same way, except that I add the stabil to the fuel before running it, and I don't drain the carbs. I also pull each plug and squirt some of the fogging oil into each cylinder and then turn the motor over by hand. She fires right up 6 months later and smokes like hell for a few minutes before smoothing out.
If you live in a place that sees freezing temps, you might want to also make sure that your motor is tilted all the way down after you are done so all of the water runs out."

Thank you Mike Black that is h
