Does anyone know how to remove the inner steering handle (47) from the steering handle (45)? They seem to be almost glued together. I have already removed the following:
Grip (42)
Helix (52)
Roller pin (40)
Rollers (53)
Guide pins (56)
Retaining ring (48)
Friction control (43)
Friction spring (58)
Pin (46)
