Hi I have two 1977 70HP Evinru

Hi I have two 1977 70HP Evinrudes both 70773S. THe one that I have rebuilt has carbs stamped with 323707 and have a screw on the top housing at next to the plug/leadshot of the idle passage. The other motor has carbs stamped 322292 which do no thave these screws. I plan to rebuild the 323707 - does anyone know the difference/which are the correct carbs?
Also does anyone have the link to Joes guide to rebuilding carbs? Thanks

"Hi jwb thanks for the recommendations. I checked on BRP catalogue and yep they are from 79. I have rebuilt (new 030 pistons rings etc) my '77 (year from serial no. on plate), but looks like it has 79 carbs. Did not initially do the carbs since I new they worked and it was my first rebuild. On the water it idled fine chugged a litte at low speed but ran well at 2000 - 2500 rpm (still running in). So am now rebuilding carbs. I will rebuild the "non" screw ones, but what is the difference between the too?
Thanks"
