difference between ford 233 (75-76) and 255 (73-74)?

So i was told I had a 75 searay but it appears (according to the VIN/Insurer) its a 74, its a good possibility I might have the ford 255 instead of the 233 -

Any ideas on what the technical differences are for the power? cam, heads?

Be very interested to know as I have a set of gt40p heads id like to put on soon -

fyi mine is DEF a 351w - 2 barrel

Ayuh,.... 2bbl. carb, vs: a 4 bbl. carb,.... Nothin' more,....

What drive is it bolted too,..??

2 barrels give 25hp? yikes- 1.50 gear - wish it was easier to find an iron 4 barrel intake for a ford 351w :| wd love to put on a qjet (even if only for the small primaries!)
