DF9.9B high pressure fuel pump issues

no power to high pressure fuel pump, both fuses are good. any suggestions?

Do you have a sub battery cable, commonly called the “white wire”?

The sub battery cable should be attached to the battery + post and feed the ignition switch 12 Volts.

I’m not even sure if the smaller Suzuki engines have a white wire, I’m guessing here.

This is the world’s first 9.9 HP outboard motor designed with Lean Burn and Battery-Less Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI). The Suzuki EFI system is first in the industry’s horsepower class to work without a battery.

My research as lead me to believe you don’t have a battery(B series), if so please disregard my comment above. I have no idea how the B series engine supplies power to the fuel pump on startup.
