DF300 Not Picking up fuel

Had the engines serviced last November and put in inside storage. This Spring pulled boat from storage and fired up engines starboard just fine, error message Water in Fuel on port engine. Removed low pressure filter and drained VST, no water in either. Pulled the low pressure filter from other engine and put on error message went away so ordered new low pressure filter and installed. No error message. Buttoned everything back up and primed the filter but no fuel was making its way to the filter. Tried adding fuel directly into the filter but its not pulling into the VST. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
