I have a 2007 250 that starves

I have a 2007 250 that starves for fuel after about 3 minutes of run time. It has been at the dealership for going on 3 weeks and they can't figure it out. filters have been replaces. fuel is fine. but it still is starving. Any help appreciated.

"the boat is a 2007 model, The 82 gal fuel tank in built into the center floor. The dealer has verified the fuel line and anit-sypon valve are good. All filters and water seperater have been replaced. Again the tank is 82 gallons."
 
Anit siphon valve removed and

Anit siphon valve removed and fuel pickup/sending unit replaced. Now it seems to run fine. Can you run with a pass through and no anti-siphon valve?
