I am having a temperature ligh

I am having a temperature light coming on when the engine is running . The motor goes into a safe mode and shuts off. The tube is pissing out water all the time. Does anyone know if it is possibly a thermostat ? or possibly something else. Let me know.Thanks
 
i do not have a tester to see

i do not have a tester to see how hot it is. The water comming out of the pee tube is as cold as the water comming in.What side is the sensor on . i was going to go ahead and replace the thermostats for start . Seems like the one side is hotter than the other.the pee stream is not a strong stream if at idle or reving it up.
 
i changed the thermostats and

i changed the thermostats and the water pump. i did find some wear and tear on the pump. i also checked the sensors by un plugging them one at a time. the top one is trip sending the light and the buzzer off. i did notice that the pressure is still not great out of the pee hole. Should i replace the pressure valve also. Thanks
 
i just checked the temperature

i just checked the temperature with a gun and the temp on the power head ranges from 185-195. Is this the normal operating range ?Thanks

trying to locate the pop it va

trying to locate the pop it valve. i went to browns point and found it on there but cannot locate it on the motor.
 
changed the pressure valve and

changed the pressure valve and took the boat to the ramp at the canal and ran it for 20 minutes and all seems good. The temperature was only at 125 .
