Df140- IAT sensor code 2-3

Intake air temperature sensor code. I checked the sensor with multiMeter and it works when i add heat. Idk what else can cause that code. 2003 df140

Wiring issue, bent/loose pin in one of the wiring harnesses, poor/bad connection at the ECM or corrosion somewhere in the IAT circuit?
