Df115 Hose routing

Hey guys, I’m pulling my hair out over here. I am working on an 01 DF115 Suzuki outboard. The owner said it was running rough so I went through the engine and tuned it up. When I changed the oil it had a fair amount of water come out, the weird thing is that the oil was changed just before winter and the boat had not been used in the water before it came to me. When I got it running it was pouring water out of a small hose above the oil filter. I later found out that someone had tried to fix it before me and it appears they moved the vapor hoses and water hoses all around. I’m wondering if the water lines are hooked to the crank case vent hoses. I was looking to see if anyone had a picture of the side of the engine around the oil filter so I could see where the hoses are supposed to go.

For $10.99 you will find schematics for the water lines. I have the drawings for my 2009 DF90A in my service manual, comparing your pictures to my service manual I doubt my hose routing will be any help to you. I purchased my service manual from the above link and had no issues with unauthorized charges on the credit card.
