hi everyone .... im getting a warning that my battery is under 11V and it shuts down , tested the volts and they are over 12.5V. any idea why? 23 model

Where did you measure the voltage? There may be a poor connection somewhere between the battery and the motor.

As you’re checking for poor connection check for corrosion and loose connections especially the battery. Measure voltage at battery with engine off then remeasure voltage at the battery with engine running. If the voltage doesn’t increase with engine running then your issue is charging system or poor/corroded wires
