"Wondering if it could be a bad relay since the battery cables under the cowl were loose. The Denso relays - Main and Starter, both have black spots in the upper right corner. Not sure if this is normal. Getting 12.81 v per the SMIS gauge.
Turn the key and the 3 lights on the start button come on - Start/indicator/throttle only, the horn sounds then the upper and lower buttons turn off.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is eating into my vacation time.
