I have a Dead Cylinder 0n my 85 454 Mercruiser Thunderbolt Engine, Compression is 125,I have replaced Plug, Cap, Rotor and wire.
Any Ideas 4 barrell gas

What are the numbers for the other cylinders. 125 is still ok if the other ones are within 10%. Replaceing caps, rotors and wires won't do a thing for compression.
With all the plugs out on a warm motor and the throttle fully down what are all the numbers. Keep track of what plug goes in what hole the plugs talk if you know how to " read " them.

read sparkplugs

The compression is across the board 125
the only thing I did not check is the actual spark coming out of the end of the plug
The plugs on that side do not look like the other side white hot ,The one that is not firing looks like the one next to the other one
not as bad hard to desribe not oily kinda moist
