D150 Engine Oil Pressur

Just wondering what the engine oil pressure should run at on a D150 BMW Diesel. I think it may be a bit high on my engine. Looked in the workshop manual but it doesnt have anything written in it where it should be. Please help.

We can have plenty engine oil brands of different grades in market , how to find which is correct and recommend for this engine and how often I should change it.
