My 1984 evinrude 50 hp. E50belcrm model will start to sputter at full throttle. You can squeeze the primer bulb and it will smooth out for a bit. I'm thinking fuel pump is getting weak. What do you think. I just fixed hoses and installed a new primer bulb thinking that Air leaks where the problem.
