Cross reference info

Is there a published cross reference of year to year parts and components? For example, what year lower unit would fit a 1990 48 hp

Only a 1989 to 1992 model 40 / 48 / 50 HP will fit.-----The 1993 to 2005 ? will fit if you swap the driveshaft.

On boats.net find your part in question, select the part and scroll down to the bottom where you’ll find a list of other models that share the same part.

I believe that interchange feature is no longer available.

It looks like you now need to select the tab labeled “Diagrams”
