Crankshaft for 4.3 LX

I need a new crankshaft for a 4.3LX, where would I get one in the UK and what info would the supplier need.

What year is the engine? Is the mercruiser serial number handy?

Originally 1995, re-con fitted in 2008 with Serial No 0F43101A Transom is 0F402234 and Drive is 0F341694

The serial number isn't matching up plus it shouldn't have an A at the end. Adding a number at the end says the engine to be a 4 cylinder 3.0l.

The OEM 4.3 LX crankshaft part number is 429-9517A1 which is no longer available from new but sometimes if you do a search online and trough EBay in your area, you might be able to find an exact match easier though a GM V6 crankshaft from a truck from that era should work just fine too. Thanks for the info and part number, the serial number is stamped onto a square aluminium plate next to the starter motor, it's not original so I assume it was done by the company that remanufactured the block in 2008 and the "A" may denote it's a re-con, the "0F" would match the year of the original engine which was 1995' the boat is definitely a 1995 Searay.
