Crankcase Oil on Johnson 5 horsepower?

I have been unable to figure out how this oil is checked and filled. I can see where it drains but can't for the life of me figure out how you're supposed to refill it. It's a four-stroke. I don't have the serial number but can get it. On the plaque it says that the engine oil is TC-W3. Can anyone solve this mystery or solve my ignorance? Thanks.
 
TCW-3 is a two stroke oil.-------Model # is required to see if you have a 4 stroke motor or not.------Posting a picture of the engine itself will also help.

I'll try to post a picture of the thing tomorrow and get the number off the plaque.

So if this thing is a two stroke wouldn't that imply that we should be mixing oil with the fuel, or is this just something I'm used to doing with Mercury motors?
 
There is a better market for 4 stroke motors , so some 2 strokes are now said to be 4 stroke motors by the seller.----------You need to confirm what you have !!
 
If it is a 4 stroke there will be a filler cap / dip stick around the powerhead somewhere.-----------Look for a typical 4 stroke on this site's parts diagrams.--These are available ( several clicks ) above the yellow line.

That's the one. Maybe a slightly newer model but looking at the drawings it is pretty much identical. Thanks a lot. That solves the mystery. The motor was never run very hard because it comes off a small sail boat, so hopefully it isn't too damaged. Still runs well. So, I'm guessing I'm going to want to mix 2-cycle oil in with the fuel from now on. I've always used about half a quart per 5 gallons, does that sound about right?
 
Thanks to everyone for all your help. I'll let you know in the future if this thing is still running. Seemed ok when I took it out of service, but only time will tell. Thank again.
