Crank won't start

Greetings everyone first time to post hope someone can help me with this. So I went today to the lake first time of the Season boat will turn over and is getting gas and fire will not start I've bypassed my kill switch although it is good and still nothing don't really know where to look next has a king cobra 7.4 this is a 1992 with just over 200 hours thank you in advance for any help would be grateful and appreciative
 
Well after cleaning all the terminals behind the circuit breaker location I finally got it to start and now the damn thing won't shut off without pulling the coil wire I put a new ignition switch in it same thing now I've acquired a new solenoid to wire in and I tried to start it but it appears my starters going to take a dive on me now so I don't know if that fixed it or not
 
Found the problem, it was INDEED the starter solenoid mounted on power distribution Location top left of engine... now the COOLING issue...
