I just found this forum by pure accident while looking for the CORRECT water pump repair kit w/impeller for a 1969 Mercruiser outdrive that is mated to the 4-cylinder ("marinized Chevy") 120HP Mercruiser engine. - I'm pleased to have found this forum.
Do any of you KNOW for sure which water pump kit is CORRECT, as I've found more than one "parts number" for the water pump repair kit for the little I/O Mercruiser on the "Worldwideweird".
Note: I'm buying a Gatesville, TX-built "THE DECK BOAT", out of an estate sale, to restore. = Everything including the trailer is original/complete, though the rig was seldom used over the last 50 years.
(The little 4-cylinder was winterized before being put away for the winter in a closed garage.)
