I'm in the process of upgrading my thermostats from the old Vernatherm screw style. My motors are FWC. The old thermostats were marked 140. I know 160 is the recommended temp range for FWC motors. Is there any reason why I would want to use 140 thermostats? I boat up here in the cool Northwest. I was planing on upgrading thermostats one at a time. Would there be a significant problem running one motor with a 140 and one with a 160?
Thanks!
