I have a '77 Johnson Seahorse that belonged to my father-in-law. What is the correct fuel/oil ratio?

"Thanks Joe for the info. I forgot to state that it is a 15 hp. I had it tuned up at the marina and let it sit for a year now. Just finished building a support to test run it in the barrel before towing the boat to the river.
I just stumbled across this message board, looks like a wealth of information.
