Correct Belts for 50 HO V8

"Can anyone help with part #'s for the Alternator & power steering belts for an OMC 5.0 HO V8? This is my first boat(1992 Four Winns 190) ran fine most of the season, belts started to squeal and I noticed build up of dust in engine compartment. I did notice some rust on pulleys, I'm assuming this is part of my belt problems. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help."

I can tell you that the altern

I can tell you that the alternator belt is a 415 (41 1/2"). Clean pulleys before you put on new belts and you should be good to go.

"I have a squealing belt on mine as well. Like Andy said, clean the old pulleys well and put on a new belt.
