am having a cooling problem with my 200 hp. efi. 1999 water is not coming out the pee hole like it should it only comes out alittle bit. i put new water pump in and checked it 2 times to make sure i put it in the right way. also put in new pressure releif valve where i saw water coming out before no more water coming out the releif which is good but still not gitting the right flow like i use to can someone help me???? by the way its a mercury blue water
