What all Parts do i need to change from the points to the electronic ignition?

"Just an electronic ignition kit. I believe you have an AQ125B, so the kit would be a Pertronix #2842. You can get it from www.pertronix.com or any autoparts store can order one for you. They also sell on eBay. If you search the forum, you will find where other members got theirs."
