I have a 1995 Mariner EFI 200 hp outboard, it has a constant beep as soon as I turn the key on and it continues until I turn it off. The oil reservoirs are full and so is the main holding tank, the water is a good stream coming from the flow tube. The oil holding tank doesn’t have a float only a sump tube with a suction foot on the end. I’ve changed the screen but the alarm still continues every time I turn the key on.
