confusion with the wiring for my 1979 470 21' Santiago

so let me start off with i have the book for my 470 and it looks like it was written in the late 80s and the wiring diagrams are sub-par at best . its an old seloc without the "seloc" logo on the left front of the book. any where i could find better diagrams? and the colors seem to be off on my book as well. i need the diagram for my carb too its a rockchester gm and it says "jet" on the top along all the rest of the markings my book doesn't have a wiring diagram for this carb. any help would be great. thanks.

Ayuh,.... This 1 might cover yer motor,...

If not,... This 1 cover the later 470s...

Seloc manuals are pretty good kneepads when workin' in a gravel lot, but little more...
