Confirm Evinrude engine from model number

" I am searching for a replacement lower unit for my 1958 Johnson superseahorse 35hp model RDS20. This item has dual-water-tube setup. By internet, I have been offered lower unit from 1958 Evinrude said to be from either model 25034 or 35012. I am also told this has dual water tube, a critical issue. I have no pictures, and obviously have not seen the item. Can someone confirm that model 25034 or 35012 should be compatible lower unit for my RDS20? Many thanks from a novice enthusiast. "

"Don..... Model number 25034 is a 1958 35hp but I believe that OMC made two models that year, one of which was the older one (1) tube type water pump, and the other was the new style two (2) tube type pump. Sorry to say, I don't have the book on the 25034 model and I don't know which type pump that unit would take.

The other model of 35012 is a 1959 35hp model which resembles the 40hp model that was manufactured starting in 1960. That model does use a two (2) tube type water pump.
