Compression Top 130 Mid 180 Bottom 90

I was given a 2001 Yamaha 40hp F40TLRZ with compression of 130-180-90. Before ripping into it, I would appreciate some knowledgeable input into what others might suspect I'll discover. Initial cost of zero gives me ample leeway for reparations. FWIW, exterior of outboard looks great and appears worthy of some time and effort.

Remove cylinder head.-----You might find major corrosion issues.
