Compression on 1963 johnson FD17B 18 hp

"Hi, I have a 1963 johnson 18 hp outboard, model FD-17B. I am wondering what the compression is supposed to be, it's at 110,and what spark plugs I am supposed to be using? If anyone could help that would be great thanks."

Plug is Champion J4C gapped to

Plug is Champion J4C gapped to .030 ... compression should be fine as long as both cylinders are close to 110 (you don't want more than about 5% difference between cylinders).
