Compression check

I have a 1991 Evinrude 115hp v4 cross flow. When doing a compression check does the engine need to be warm and full throttle on? Or can it be done with a cold engine without full throttle? And what number should I see per cylinder?

Cold is fine.----No need to open throttle on that 2 stroke motor.----You would like to see 125 / 130 PSI.
