hey i checked my compression o

hey i checked my compression on a 150 evinrude 1990 they read a litlle over 90 but i did one plug at a time is that the way to do it.also the left side plugs they look like they get dried out like carbon on them or something what do u think.no metal or anything.the right side plugs have like a little oil on them that looks good to me.thanks for the help

You should remove all the plug

You should remove all the plugs and ground out the wires to do a compression check properly. If not the compression of other cylinders will affect the reading you get for the one being tested.
