"OK, you guys were great to advise me about the parts compatibility between my '67 110 and those that came out in the '70's, but I found a guy with a '63 110 who is willing to let it go pretty cheap. Is there any chance that the lower unit or, at least, the prop shaft will swap out of that '63 and fit my '67? If so, will much else match? Carb? Coils?

"It might, but some of those "slanters" shifted differently--ie, reverse where forward shuld be.
