"I have a 1989 Islander with a 2.3 cobra drive. When I take off it goes into gear fine and while under low power it is fine but when I give it more gas the drive will make a one time clunk sound. from this point it will work fine but when you stop, take out of gear, put pack in gear and give it the gas it will clunk again. Any ideas?"
