I need help with this engine can someone help me I need to know whether it's water cooled or air cooled

Both. Engine is air cooled but exhaust housing is water cooled. But don't be misled. If the water pump fails, the exhaust housing gets stinking hot and the heat rises up to the engine. It's as if it is sitting on a hot stove.
