"I have a '94 70 hp Johnson outboard that runs great. My problem is that last time out the control box started clicking. I've checked the oil, water and that is fine. When using the tilt the clicking stops until switch is released. Also, sometimes when I turn on the bilge pump the clicking will stop. Can you help me with this problem? thanks"
