Can someone tell me the proper

Can someone tell me the proper way of cleaning electrical contacts on your motor. Can you use plain old sandpaper?
 
I think it would be best to us

I think it would be best to use a point file. If they are pitted and crusty - replace them. A little $$ well spent.
 
I used 220 grit sandpaper. I a

I used 220 grit sandpaper. I also found that my primary terminals on all 4 of my ignition coils were VERY corroded. Also inside the boots of all 4 primary leads from the powerpack were badly corroded. Should I change the powerpack?
