Cleaning Carburetors

"Brandon, you shouldn't spray carb cleaner into the carbs if they are attached in their normal position.

It has a nasty habit of "eating" any plastic/rubber parts.

For (routine) maint you are better off with a product such as Merc's "Powertune" which is sprayed through the carbs with the motor running or an additive such as "Seafoam" added to the fuel..."
