hi every one,I have a 2000 250 ox66. the engine gas shaking really bad, I have the injectors clean along with the vst pump took it to the ramp today and first time I fire her up it ran a lot better. but I give it some gas and then I will not idle at less than 1100 rpm. a mechanic tell me that might was the throttle adjustment but it wasn't.I also cheek the throttle position sensor and it was reading .66 volt at idle and it will go up to 3. some volt at w.o.t. please can anyone help thank you guys so much.

How old are the sparkplugs? Sparkplug wires ? Check for a fouled sparkplug, then look for any corrosion on the ends of the sparkplug wires, including the end that goes into the coil. How's the compression in each cylinder?

the sparkplugs are new there is some corrosion on the ends of the wires. the compression is as follow 110 110 110 110 105 105, the motor did this once when I put the new plugs on and then stop. but now it won't idle at at no less then 1100 rpm. could that be to much fuel pressure maybe the pressure regulator is bad. please any ideas. thanks

That compression sounds fine. There should be no corrosion on the plug wires, especially that green oxidized stuff. You can unscrew the sparkplug wires from the coils to clean or replace them. You may have to cut off the corroded end on the coil end of the wire to find good metal core. Use some dielectric grease on the ends before screwing them back into the coils. -Mike

Check the lift pumps for leakage. It sounds as if the engine is getting fuel not metered if it is running at 1100 rpm. Have you done a synch and link. I have not seen issues with fuel regulators. Were the injectors flow tested and cleaned, did you get a readout for them? If not you might have a leaky injector and not found by a reputable shop.
