1988 Classic 50. tiller steer.
Throttle linkage stuck and i think it is in the stainless conduit from the tiller to the engine.
I am trying to figure out how to disconnect from the carb linkage plastic guide in the engine housing.
Any tips or links to this repair would be greatly appreciated.
