"I recently purchased a 1972 C

"I recently purchased a 1972 Century Arabian with the Chrysler 440. This boat hasn't been in the water for 4 years, but it started right up after all that and there was no problems while running it for a 1/2 hr. The previous owner estimates the boat has 100 hrs on it or so and suggested I change the original impellar in the water pump----is there any other maintenance I should do?Suggestions please"

The water pump change is suggested. I have a 1969 Arabian with the same engine. You may want to carefully check the exhaust mainifolds as they have a tendancy to crack and allow water to enter the engine through the exhaust valves.
I had to replace mine and chose some clean looking aluminum units that are low restriction. I also changed out the intake to a Edlebrock aluminum. These two changes reduced weight by 100 lbs. These are great engines.
