Chrysler 318 raw water pump removal trouble

First timer. I have a 71 Marinette 28 Express with a single Chrysler 318. I am trying to remove the raw water pump. Dual impeller? (4 hoses). The two bolts that hold the pump to the bracket will not clear the bracket before running into the back of the pulley. There are no access holes in this pulley. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Loosen the first bolt as far as you can and then loosen the second one. Pull the pump away from the bracket as you loosen the second bolt and you will be able to remove the bolts.

Thanks for the feedback. I could not get enough travel on either bolt to clear the last couple threads. Got lucky and was able to get the pulley to move enough to remove the bolts. I am hoping to be able to have this one rebuilt.
