my 2001 javelin venom18 used to chine at 65 but i raised the jack plate and it now chines at 70 but i still have more trottle what can i do to stop this

Can You upload a pick of the bottom of the boat?
In that speed range You are talking the only solution might be to install the engine off center.
That means in short You will have to move Your jack-plate about 1-2 inches to starboard of centerline of boat.

just regular outboard stearing the hull is a v bottom like a nitro it is a johnson 150 with a renagade 25 pitch 4 blade prop
