"I would like to check my warning horn,its a 60 horse,johnson,vro,1989,tiller.the horn is under tiller handle.I think it should beep when first started,but it don't...thanks for any help.."

Turn the key on and momentaril

Turn the key on and momentarily ground the wire going to the heat sensor in the head.
