I have took all three carbs off and took the bowl off to get to the high speed orifice. It is clean and no clogges. I set the float at 1-1/8 to 1-5/8 like the manual say to do. I clean the inlet valve and also clean the low-speed orifice.Bolt gaskets seen to be fine so I put them back.

I still can't get but 1800 to 2000 rpm out of the engine. Can you tell me why i am not getting 4500 to 5500 rpm out of this motor..

Many people pick on the carbur

Many people pick on the carburetors to start the repairs------I am not sure why as most " carburetor trouble " turns out to be something else. You must do a compression test and check that you have spark that will jump a gap of 7/16" or better. Is the timer base rotating as throttle is advanced?

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GOOD PLUGS

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GOOD PLUGS LIKE CHAMPION DO NOT USE CHEAP PLUGS I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU DONT HAVE CRACKS IN THE COILS OR A BLACK SUBSTANCE COMMING OUT THEY COULD BE BAD.
