Carburetor

I have a 1986 2 Cycle 20hrp mercury outboard and the Carburetor is leaking fuel out of small peep hole. Look at pic and you will know what I'm talking about. Why is it doing that.???

The assembly on the side of the float bowl is the primer.
The primer diaphragm is probably torn or otherwise leaking.
Take out the 4 screws and carefully disassemble.
A new diaphragm will come with a new plunger button already attached.
