Carburetor Screw

Hello, I have a 1988 Mariner 100hp, 4cyl. Upon rebuilding the carbs I found all four did not have the small screw next to the Idle Mixture screw installed. Just wanted to make sure that was proper. Thanks for your help.

Correct. The lower carbs do NOT have an idle circuit. The motor idles on the top two cylinders only--weird but it works.
