Hello.
I have an 70's Mercury 20hp and i have a cuestion. Fuel is coming out from the hole that i have marked with a red ring when i'm pumping up fuel. Is that normal? The enging feels wery week.

No. Does it do this when it's running? If not, you're okay.

You can build twice as much pressure pumping the bulb than when it's running.

Thank Jeff. What is the thougt with that hole? I have the carb in my garaget now.

Hey! There should be a idle mixture screw in that hole!
