Carbs spitting fuel

Hey guys sorry about being persistent but my other long post wasn’t getting any feedback.

To put things in simple terms, just rebuild all four carbs on my 2002 115 and it is getting too much fuel. The carbs spit out fuel when running WOT in neutral. All has been replaced except the fuel pump ($450 trying to rule out all issues before spending that). Will not run at high RPM under load, immediately stalls out. Any thoughts?

First thing do not run Wot in neutral, there is no load on prop.and engine will "explode into many parts", You need to start with the basics, compression test first, spark test, followed by fuel diagnosis, Might have to pull carbs. to inspect reeds, Check fuel pressure at outlet of pump, Were floats settings touched, readjusted What are the plugs saying, too rich, lean, soaked, dry

WOT in nuetral ??------------Not a good thing to do and means nothing to me.-----Post compression values.----And do you have spark on all leads that jumps a gap of 3/8" or more ???----A bit of spray coming from the carburetor may be normal, other opinions will of course vary.

...by WOT i mean i just revved it up high for s short period of time. I have been having issues with this motor for a while not and cant seem to track it down. Carbs spit so much fuel it pools up in the silencer. So far I have replaced the following:

new fuel pickup
new fuel fittings
new racor filter
new fuel lines
new fuel ball
replaces all gaskets in the intake manifold and carbs
new floats, jets and seats for all four carbs
compression has been checked by mechanic and all four cylinders are good
spark is checked by mechanic, all four new plugs, all is good.

So,---What are the actual compression values ??----------And does spark jump a gap of 3/8" or more on all leads ?--------There is more to the operation of one of these motors than the fuel system / carburetors and all those pieces on it.

The mechanic who checked the compression said they all were between 130-135. As far as the spark he checked that too, cant recall the specifics but he said all was fine.

Have you checked the magnets inside the flywheel ??-------------Has anyone checked the crankshaft seal rings.---Upper crankshaft seal ?

I had the same or similar thing on my 1995 200hp. it was the reed valve gasket. my engine would run and spit a kittle out all the time then would occasionally cough up pretty good. thought it was faulty reed valve but when rebuilding found reed valve gasket had split. problem gone.
