Carb Upgrade

I have a 1978 Evinrude 35. Can I put a larger carb on it?

I can modify the induction to suit, just a thought.

Will you gain anything?
Most likely not. That engine is already on the limit in the most from powerhead to gearcase.

The 25s are the same block they can be upgraded to 35 but the 35 is maxed out for that block
